Install FaithCode add-ons

Super Admin and the Flutter mobile API are optional CodeCanyon products. Every install starts at /setup with a product key from verifier.faithcode.tech. The five Setup pages are pictured in the cPanel guide and the localhost guide. If your zip already includes Super Admin and Mobile, stop there — do not upload add-on zips. If you bought the base without add-ons, log in after Setup and open System Settings → Add-ons Import Zip. Each upload needs a product key for that product. Make it on the license desk from that product’s purchase code. The page will not install a zip without it.

Same page for both places. Whether you installed the base on localhost or on a live domain, add-ons install the same way: log in → open System Settings → Add-ons Import Zip → upload the zip and paste that add-on’s product key. You do not need a different installer for local vs cPanel.

What are add-ons?

The base FaithCode zip is the business POS website. Two optional products can be added later:

Add-onWhat it gives youZip name (example)
Super Admin Platform operator console (tenants, terminals, etc.) faithcode-addon-super-admin_….zip
Flutter Mobile Mobile API so the phone/tablet app can connect faithcode-addon-mobile_….zip
Buy only what you need. The base product key does not unlock add-ons. Each add-on has its own CodeCanyon purchase code. Turn that code into its own product key on the license desk.

Before you start

  • You finished /setup with the base FaithCode product key (License through Finish)
  • You can log in to the business portal (staff login)
  • You bought the add-on on CodeCanyon and downloaded its .zip
  • You have that add-on’s product key from verifier.faithcode.tech (not the base key)
  • Your PC or server can reach the internet (CodeCanyon checks the code)

Finish the base guide first if you have not: Local install or cPanel install.

Install step-by-step (local or cPanel)

  1. Log in to the business portal

Use the admin account from Setup. Example URLs:

    Local
    http://127.0.0.1:8000/login
    cPanel
    https://your-domain.com/login
  2. Open the add-ons page

In the browser address bar, go to:

    Local
    http://127.0.0.1:8000/addons
    cPanel
    https://your-domain.com/addons

You must be logged in. If you are sent to login, sign in and open /addons again.

  3. Choose the correct card

Use the Super Admin card for the Super Admin zip, or the Mobile card for the Mobile zip. Do not mix them.

  4. Upload the zip (do not unzip it first)

Drop or choose the .zip you downloaded from CodeCanyon. Keep it zipped — FaithCode installs the files for you.

  5. Paste that add-on’s product key

On verifier.faithcode.tech, paste the purchase code from CodeCanyon → Downloads → this add-on product. Enter the same website you used for Setup (localhost on your PC, or your live domain on cPanel), complete the captcha, and copy the product key. Paste that key, then click Check and install. A base product key is rejected here. The mobile zip is the server API only. Do not expect a mobile_app folder inside it.

  6. Wait for the green success message

When it says the add-on is installed, use the Open … link on the card (if shown), or follow the “After …” sections below.

On local / localhost (your PC)

Yes — add-ons work on a local base install. Install the base zip on your computer first (see Local guide), finish Setup, then use /addons the same way as on hosting.

  1. Keep the local server running

    If you use Artisan:

    cd path\to\laravel_app
    php artisan serve

Then open http://127.0.0.1:8000/addons while logged in.

  2. Upload size on XAMPP / Laragon

FaithCode add-on zips must be 10 MB or smaller. If the zip is rejected as “too large”, raise PHP upload limits in php.ini (for example upload_max_filesize and post_max_size to at least 10M), restart Apache/PHP, and try again. The add-ons page shows the current limit.

  3. After install on local

    • Super Admin → open /super-admin/login
    • Mobile → continue with the Mobile guide (API like http://YOUR_PC_LAN_IP:8000/api on the same Wi‑Fi)
Tip: Test add-ons on localhost first if you want. When you move to cPanel later, install the base on the server, then install each add-on again on that live site. Make a new product key on the license desk for the live domain. The localhost key does not unlock the live site.

On cPanel / live hosting

Same /addons page after the base site works on your domain (see cPanel guide).

  1. Log in on HTTPS

    Open https://your-domain.com/login, then https://your-domain.com/addons.

  2. If upload fails

Ask your host to allow larger PHP uploads, or upload via a method they recommend. The page shows the max size this server accepts right now.

  3. Folder permissions

storage and the app folder must stay writable so FaithCode can extract the zip and save the license.

Which product key do I use?

On verifier.faithcode.tech, paste the purchase code for the product you are installing and enter the website you are installing on. Copy the product key it shows. Do not paste the purchase code into FaithCode.

You are installing…Use this codeDo not use
Base FaithCode (Setup Wizard) Product key from the base purchase code Add-on codes
Super Admin add-on Product key from the Super Admin purchase code Base or Mobile code
Mobile add-on Product key from the Mobile purchase code Base or Super Admin code

Official Envato help: Where is my purchase code?

After Super Admin is installed

  1. Open Super Admin login

/super-admin/login on the same site (local or live).

  2. Sign in with the default Super Admin seed account

Not a business portal user. Default from seed data:

    Super Admin
    Emailadmin@faithcode.tech
    PasswordAdminTech

Business portal demo logins (owner / staff / cashier) are listed on Web install → Demo accounts.

  3. Complete authenticator 2FA if asked

Follow the on-screen Google Authenticator steps.

After Mobile is installed

  1. Confirm the website API works

Base site must be running. On local, prefer php artisan serve --host=0.0.0.0 --port=8000 so a phone on Wi‑Fi can reach your PC.

  2. Configure the phone app

Follow the Mobile app guide — set API Configuration inside the FaithCode POS app (not in the phone browser).
